Jo Anne Hoberman is accompanied by Clinton County President Bill Kraus and Phyllis Grenoble, chairperson of Community Service Committee receiving the Clinton County Chapter of PASR “John Barry Volunteer of the Year” award. Jo Anne serves on the Advisory Board of the Clinton County Community Dental Clinic in Lock Haven, and has worked at the clinic as a volunteer during its first year of operation.
